Outlook and Googlemail - Folders

Morning all,

Set myself up with a Googlemail account today. Have setup Googlemail in Outlook BUT! is there anyway to automatically preserve and sync the folder and file structure on Outlook so that it syncs with the structure on Googlemail?

How did you set up the connection, POP?

imap.googlemail.com I think.

I need it going the other way though.
