Outlook Autofill Query

I'm not an outlook user (hotmail/uni email all the way ), and my grandad is having a problem with his outlook emails. I haven't had chance to actually look at the problem, but he explained it pretty well.

Whats happened is a friend has changed emails, and so they've updated the contact book, deleting the old email address. Now, when they type the person name into the To: field, the old email address still comes up.

I was thinkng it was just that autofill is still set to the old email and clearing the cache or something would solve this, but like I said, I haven't had chance to get to the machine yet, so I don't know if this'll work.

Any ideas?

He should be able to just highlight the old email address by pressing the down arrow after typing a few latters and press delete to clear it out. Failing that they are all stored in an NK2 file, usually in the c:\documents and settings\username\application data\microsoft\outlook folder.
