Outlook Backup

I have MS Outlook installed with 2 profiles, each has its own mail, contacts and rules...as usial

I would like to back all these up so that after a format and reinstall I do not loose any of this data, what is the easiest way of doing this.

Thanks for any help.
 
Just remember to make a note of your settings, i.e. username, password and mailserver details for each account as these will not be backed up... ;)

I Think There is Also A method of backing up the account settings, although im not sure exactly how ;)
