Outlook blocking an attachment

Hi, someone sent me an .exe file and MS Outlook 2002 has blocked it. It says "outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments:xxx.exe"

Is there anyway I can get outlook to unblock it?

Then just add any extensions you want.

EDIT: I just noticed it has put a space on the word "Outlook" above but the space isn't there when I posted it, odd....

rename the last bit of .exe to a txt and send it, then rename it when it gets to you.

that's a limitation with this forum software, doesn't like really long 'words' (with no spaces)
