Outlook 'Buffer' E-mails

Using Outlook is it possible to export/save the 'buffer' e-mails in anyway? I am talking about the addresses that aren't saved in the address book, but are saved in your history so after formatting it wouldn't be there. I have tried searching but no luck, hopefully someone has an idea what I'm going on about! Only way I can think of is going through them manually and add to address book then export, but if anyone has any ideas feel free.

There is a way, its called auto complete.

I take it in Outlook 2007 its just called 'Outlook.NK2'

Got fed up at people at work using this as a damned CRM system.

It is now deleted via batch file upon each logon.
