Outlook Cached Mode

We have some users who are using outlook in cached mode with a mailbox size of 16MB, the limits are set at 500MB so there's not a problem with the Mailbox size, but they keep getting the "mailbox limit" has been reached, but when you check the size from that popup, again, it shows as 16MB.

I've checked the limits in AD and exchange, but they are all set correct.

The fact it's only affecting certain users using cached mode is very strange. When you set them to Online mode, it works fine :confused:

Any suggestions?

My googling skills are weak on this one as I've not been able to find much about it :mad:
 
When you check the mailbox size within Outlook, does it display the same mailbox size on local data as well as server data?

Are the affected users all in the same OU in AD?

They are showing exactly the same size...

And yeah, they are in the same OU in AD :|

I'm completely stumped by this one!
