I'm trying to help a friend out and was wondering if anyone has experience with Microsoft Outlook? My friend has 'delegate rights' on their boss' calendar which means they can add, edit and delete meetings. When they go to add extra attendees to an exiting meeting and click 'send update', the update gets sent to all attendees and not just the newly added ones. My friend said that a dialog box should appear when they click 'send update' which allows them to send to added or deleted attendees only. However this doesn't always happen, does anyone know why?
