Outlook ( cant send mail )

Outlook express has just started throwing up this error every time we try to send mail out.

The SMTP server returned an error: our account@ocuk', server mail.com

Total network/server noob, anyone have any ideas

The server might be requesting that you use SSL to send emails, make sure it's checked in the email account's properties.
