I'll leave this message Short and Sweet :) 3 Desktop Computers & 1 Laptop All with Outlook configured EXACTLY the same way, doesn't matter which machine downloads the email as long as 1 receives it.

The 3 Desktop PC's when sending emails are picked up by the recipients with the name as specified in the FROM column for e.g. In the Outlook Email setup if you set Your Name as "JOE BLOGGS" that's what would appear in the receivers FROM column.

The Laptop setup is EXACTLY the same as the others but when the receiver gets the email instead of "JOE BLOGGS" being listed in the FROM column the names is always "ALL"

This has been driving me mad, Any Ideas?

Many Thanks

I know that you said exacally the same... but you checked this screen?

the POP e-mal tab

says

Your name
e-mail address

incoming pop3 server:
outgoing smtp server:

Has the other machine got another account setup on it?

There are a few different accounts but all machines have the same one setup as default ! if i reply to the email with "ALL" in the FROM column it goes to the right email address, it's very strange, i've never seen this before and it's so annoying :D
