outlook express 6 help needed please

Hi

I was deleting some emails from outlook earlier and my pc crashed for some unknown reason.

When it rebooted i could get into outlook but it will not retrieve the messages.

It gives me the following message:

An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop3.btconnect.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133

Any ideas? Have double checked the account settings and all matches as usual.
