Yeah, I know it's out dated, and I much prefer thunderbird myself.
BUT, A lady I know who is comfortable in her ways is wanting to use this program.
Now for some reason though, It's not working, When she double clicks Outlook express it shows you the Outlook Express splash screen and just stays there, Goes no further. You can leave it, and it just stays forever, No errors.
Now is there a way of removing and reinstalling Outlook Express, WITHOUT losing any of the emails.
I've installed thunderbird for her, as a temporary measure, and even though i've set it up identical to outlook express, She's adamant she wants Outlook back.
Any help would be great
