Outlook express backups

a good morning to you all on this fine sunday morning ( RAINING LIKE MAD HER )

i have just spent the past 3 hours adding 35 email accounts and message rules to outlook express because my hard drive yesterday desided to go BANG! dont mind the emails as much its just the time of setting all of outlook express up!

what i wanted to know is if there are any programs that back up email accounts message rules and the genernal whole outlook express settings up and if so where can i find this and am willing to pay because it takes so much time up

will try the geniesoft thanks i would do it manually but that doesnt back up the message rules and so on.
