Outlook Express blocked senders list

Is there a way to delete the entire blocked senders list in Outlook Express? I know you can delete individual entries with Tools -> Message Rules -> Blocked Senders List but there are about 3000 entries there and I want to delete the lot and start over.

No panic, found it hiding in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Identity Number}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Block Senders\Mail\Criteria
