Outlook Express gone.

Hi

I just installed windows 7 and noticed there is no outlook express.
I have always checked my blueyonder email via oulook express what can i do now ?.

Windows Live Mail is the replacement.

Yes, it's just pop3, or online - http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/emailgateway.php.

I assume the Blueyonder account is pop? If so...

yes that is correct (assuming you configure it to receive blueyonder mail)

I don't like Windows Live Mail either, but with the move to Windows 7 in a few days I already switched to Thunderbird which is much more like Outlook Express.

They didn't have a choice AFAIK, like Messenger it has to be a separate download. It makes sense therefore to bundle the apps together in the Live suite.
