outlook express messages

Hi

I have 2 machines one with outlook express and another with outlook.

I have managed to copy over the address book from express machine to outlook machine which was straight forward.

I am now trying to copy the messages and folders from express machine to outlook machine and this is proving a little more difficult.

Whats the best way of doing it?

Managed to copy all the messages across into outlook, and then copied the .pst folder onto the new machine which worked fine.

The problem I am having now is that I saved the address book from outlook express into as a csv file.

Imported into the new outllok on second machine and all the contacts are there in the contact folder.

However if I go to New Mail and To, it says there are no contacts.

Please help its doing my head in.
