outlook express prob

hi

when my lad opens outlook express then his in box there is a menu missing at the top that says reply reply all forward. does anyone know how to get this back

two scenarios.
1. You've got the File View etc menu.
right-click in a blank part of this and click on 'Toolbar'
2. You've got some buttons eg. Create Mail
right-click in a blank space of the toolbar and select 'Customise'.
