outlook express-recovering emails

friends pc has packed up and he has now purchased a new pc.

he is keen to recover emails off the old ide hard drive (if it is working)

where do i need to look on the old hard drive to locate the emails

am pooping over his tommorrow and would appreciate a quick reply
