Outlook Express Rules

Hi,

I've got Outlook Express 2003 (the MS Office one).

I've got a rule for each of my email accounts, so that's quite a few rules (about 20 or so). Basically they move the email to it's correct folder so I know what account the email was to. That's all working 100% perfect.

Anyway, i've setup a rule to move an email with certain words in the email and through a certain account.

The rule is working, but instead of moving it it copies it even though I have told it to move it :(

Any ideas what I can do please?

Craig.

Ok what you need to do is make an exception.

My email account is set up like this. I have all emails sent to a folder call 'Martin' that are sent to my address. I have done this through a rule called Martin, too. But I do not want email from OcUK going into that folder, so on the Martin rule I create an exception to say move all emails except email with 'Overclockers UK' in the subject.

Then I create another rule called OcUK and have all emails sent to my address with 'Overclockers UK' in the subject moved to a folder calls 'OcUK'.

Hope this helps.
