Outlook Express to Windows Mail Migration?

Hey everyone, just a small query, I'm planning to finally move to Windows Vista over the next few days, but can't see where I can backup outlook express to be restored in Windows mail? I could have sworn when I did it for someone else the other month using the "Windows easy transfer" I could include outlook Express and it's contents, mail rules and accounts in it? If not, could someone tell me the best way to get everything over from one to the other?

Also, just as a random (Don't wanna go creating a seperate thread about it, so might try and cover it here) does anyone know how I can go about transferring iTunes top rated songs from one O/S to the other? Will be on all the same drives with the music, but I don't want to have to list and re-find 300+ songs!

Find the folder that your Outlook Express messages are stored.

Tool>Options>Maintenance Tab. Then Store folder. Or something like that.

Also export any accounts from Tools>Account Settings. And also save the address book .wab file.

Or use the Windows Transfer Wizard.

Ok, thanks, I'll give option one a try, as I said, the Windows Easy Transfer wizard, for some reason, never gave me ANY option to backup emails, which I found very strange.
