Outlook Express

Doubt you can recieve them again as they will have been deleted from the server when downloaded.

You could, however, copy the .dbx files form the other computer to the new one.

Open Outlook Express on the PC with the emails. Click Tools>Options then Maintenance followed by Store Folder.

Copy all of the address listed there. Then click Run and paste that address into the box, press enter. This should list the .dbx files that contain your emails.

Copy those files into the store folder on the new PC, overwriting what is already there.

^^^ What he said

Also copy the .wab address book file. You have to export the contacts by double clicking the .wab file and going to File -> Export -> Other address book and choosing the .csv option. Then import it back in from inside outlook express. Can't remember if you can substitute the wab file straight in like for like.

No need for that.

Simply copy the .wab file and import that directly.

Nope. You would have to use that method for 1 PC then export and import the messages from the second PC.

There is a MUCH easier way to do all that AND not only will it copy all the emails, it will copy across the email accounts, message rules, and ALL your other outlook express settings.

The File and Settings Transfer Wizard!
Start>Programmes>Accessories>System Tools>FSTW
