Outlook express

I have an out look express account on this pc, which i get all my email for... but i'm planning on upgrading OS/ wiping the hard drives clean... is there a way to transfer my email address to another outlook express user thingy?...

You mean transfer your emails to another email client? Or to another version of Outlook (Express)?
