Ok so Ive only really just discovered how good these are.

The only problem Im having is with a client who I deal with a lot and when I send him a meeting request it works fine, asks him to accept or decline etc, updates his diary etc etc

However if he send me one then it just comes through as a standard email, no accept, no update, no nothing!

Were both using Office 2003 with Exchange. Weve tried comparing settings and both seem exactly the same.

Anyone think of anything I can check?

Thanks Mark

there is a thing called "calendar sharing" which you can do online with microsoft, you have to enable this in outlook. This may help, sorry don't have time to give u a link right now.

Must be a configuration thing at his end.

Had a similar thing when I was organising a conference. Sent out a mail with voting buttons - not one person received the buttons when they got the mail, as our IT has very cleverly configured things so that voting buttons can only be sent internally (so I looked a right pleb to every one else  )
They did the same with "out of office" replies - they only get sent internally. Which makes them a near complete waste of time.

Ask him to speak to his IT department to check....
