outlook help!!!!

H all,

Im pullin my hair out over this, basiclly every time i press send/receive button (F9) i get an error "operation Failed"

Anyone know why?

Ive tried reinstalling office and outlook.

Yes, the email accounts still work when you test them in setup

When you have a problem and ask people for help even if you find the solution yourself it might be nice to let them know how so it may help them in the future
