Ok, here's the story.
Woman left company ages ago, her AD account and Exchange account were deleted. Now, the guys want the contacts from her outlook back. They still have her laptop, not been used since. We load it up and keep it offline. I can only grab an OST file and an archive PST file. I use ost2pst tool to get a working PST and import to a users mailfile. All good apart from loads of contacts which we need are in the local failures (sync issues) folder.
If I do anything with these, forward, copy, move, etc, to another folder, as soon as the server syncs, they are removed and it generates a new sync failure log.
How do I get around this?
