Outlook mail

While putting an SSD in my dads new laptop i thought i would do a complete new install of windows 10 and fully update it so he has a nice clean OS to start from. I set up his facebook ebay, youtube shortcuts etc but when i came to setup outlook i cant get past the damn language/timezone screen it just keeps reloading itself no matter what i do. I have tried clearing all cookies i have tried 4 different web browsers i have tried incognito mode nothing works! I can log into my own outlook account on his pc no problem but not his own! Anyone else come across this because i have tried everything i can think of.

tried updating outlook from the app store page? (I take it you are referring to the Outlook desktop app and not the office Outlook app or web version)

It's the web version mate, it's really odd it doesn't work with his login on my PC either.

has 2 step auth or app password been activated somehow?
