I have an odd problem with Outlook on a users PC.
When they receive emails from one person in particular it changes the encoding to Cyrillic, which makes the message appear blank.
If you change it manually back to European it is fine.
This ONLY happens for messages from the one user and ONLY when this particular user receives them.
If they are sent to another user they are fine.
Rebuilt user profile and office updates are pretty much up to date.
Thoughts?
