I have two orange broadband email acounts and one hotmail account.

If i download all the email to Microsoft outlook, i view them all from one folder (inbox).

Is it not possible to send the email to different folders, so i know where the mail came from?

I.e. send one orange email account emails to a "orange" folder and the hotmail to another inbox folder such as "hotmail".

Or is this not possible?

What you need to do is set up some folders for the various accounts then create some rules in Outlook that check each email as it's received to place it into the appropriate folder. Check out the Outlook help files for step by step instructions on how to do it. It's not too difficult. :)
