Outlook - Ntlworld problem

I am trying to sort out a new email address for my outlook account but it doesnt seem to be working. I use to have an old ntlworld one and that never sent/recieved therefore I've created a new one and it manages to send but not recieve.

I keep getting these error messages:


The connection to the server has failed. Account: bla bla account, Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

i am using pop.ntlworld.com port 110
and smtp.ntlworld.com port 25

Any ideas...
