Hi

Is there a way using AD groups to allow person X to see your calendar but not view the private entries but these private entries be visible to the creator / owner and anyone else he may specify either by putting the allowed into an allowed group?

Hope this makes sense...

I thought you might be able to do this using PFDavAdmin but i've just checked and it won't work.

You could use PFDavAdmin to do it via OU though. So you could move all the users you want to have this access to a specific OU and do it like that? Might not be possible and a bit of a fudge....

Otherwise I don't think this is possible.

No way to do permission based on individual appointments.

What you could do is create a calendar for private entries and not share that one. But most people like one calendar but you will see get reminders from both calendars but still annoying to have two.
