Outlook Profiles lost with new Server install/Domain

As title I have lost the profiles for the users as we installed a new server and domain.

They use POP3 email with BT am just wondering what is the best method of getting everyones emails working again?

Get the POP3 details from BT and set them up again.

Were these local outlook profiles on their PCs?

Setting them up on a new domain would cause the PCs to create a new local profile.

Go into documents and settings and find the old user, the PSTs will be in there.

Thanks for the input but is there a way of getting the old configerations prior to the upgrade.

Edit: not to worry it was the webalias on bt lol its all sorted now.
