Quick easy question (hopefully!)
Upgrading a machine that has Outlook 2003 and Windows XP to Vista.
The bloke has emails going back to 2004 (there's a hell of a lot!!!) as well as contacts, appointments and notes all in Outlook.
Naturally he doesn't want to lose this!!
What's the best method of backing up the PST file(s)? Do I just copy the "Outlook.pst" and all the "Archive#.pst" files to offline storage and then associate the users data files to the respective PST or is there a more 'proper' and 'secure' method of backing them up?
