Outlook pst file corrupt

Been on holiday for 3 weeks come back to check emails and I get this pst error



Ive ran that scan tool and it still doesn't work,

cant access no emails right now :(

Outlook 2007 by the way
 
my email is a gmail address I have accessed it form my phone but its a nightmare as it downloads thousands of emails.

I want my pst file working again so I can continue to use outlook as its all organised in folders
 
Hi, I fixed similar issue on my dad's laptop just two days ago (Office 2007 as well). It's been broken with the Windows Fall update, and if repair won't fix it (in most cases it hasn't, reading about it), then a reinstall should do the trick.

Do you have the installation files on CD or other, handy?

It may not actually be corrupt. As a result of the update breaking Office 2007, all sorts of errors are cropping up when people try to use it till it is either repaired successfully or reinstalled.
 
Which OS? just wondering if you could recover it with a prior Easy Transfer back up, albeit its negative result with Windows 10
 
My dad had lost his CD, and Microsoft didn't help provide me with a download (Office 2007 not supported anymore since October), so I had to download a torrent copy of it, and also the Office 2007 SP3 update file. I used Belarc Advisor to show his 25-character key (in the Software section of its report).

Uninstalled Office 2007 from Programs and Features, didn't tinker with removing remaining folders/files, and just re-installed with the download copy, entered the key, updated to SP3, and everything was recognized and working again no problem.
