So I'm currently just using one gmail account in Outlook 2007.

Do I actually need my 'Personal Folders' section on the left seeing as I solely use the gmail folder tree below it?

Is the personal folders section just for exchange accounts and therefore redundant for me?
If so, will deleting it through Tools -> Account Settings -> Data Files and the deleting the .pst do anything bad? As my Gmail .pst is still there by the looks of it.

The only reason I can think to keep it is if my outlook contacts are linked to it (are they?) and currently my drafts are still saved the drafts in my 'Personal Folders' as I can't find a way to change the location to save drafts to my gmail IMAP folders - can this be done?

So to summarise:
1. Can I delete my Personl Folders PST folder without losing my contacts/anything else/will this screw up my drafts saving.
2. Can I move the location of where I save my drafts to the gmail drafts folder?

Thanks!
