Is it possible to sync 2 Outlook accounts so that when one is updated it automatically updates the second account?

The reason I ask is that at work the Director of my department and myself are on Outlook but the rest of the team are on Groupwise :/

The team will need to know our movements and so rather than me updating everyone else every week, it would be a lot easier to have them synced.

Is this possible at all?

TIA :)

Assuming these are Exchange accounts and not POP3...

It is possible to share calendars, which will update when you add an item to your calendar.

Depending on the rights you give the other person, they can add item's to the calendar, and the next time you log on it will be there.

You can also set Mailbox access to one another in Active Directory, so you can view each others inboxes.

Hmm... You could set up each other's accounts on each other's PC's, and leave a copy of the message on the server, so both PC's download them.

Calendar sharing wont work though.

Edit: To set it to leave a copy on the server in Outlook 2007: Tools >> Acount Settings >> Double Click your account >> More Settings >> Advanced >> Tick "Leave a copy of messages on the server"

Make sure this is done on BOTH PC's other wise, one of you will download, and the other wont be able too.
