Outlook question

Hi there,

My dad has a pensions business and he uses outlook 2007, he has a office girl who he wants to acess two folders current clients and old clients and within these folders there is over 300 subfolders. Is there a way to share these with the person he has working for him so she can view the clients when they call up etc. I found a program called codetwo public folders. I installed it and got it setup but it only worked with the main folder and didn't show any of the subfolders.

Any advise would be great!

Are you sure you setup the options\permissions correctly?

Could he not create a new folder outside the Inbox and copy the data there and then share it?

What about simply giving the new girl access to the account?

He couldn't create a new folder as there is far to much data, the problem is the girl can see the emails just within the client folder but she can't see any of the clients folders which are subfolders so it goes like this

Client Current- (can see)
client a (can't see)
client b (can't see)
client c (can't see)
So on for 300+

She can currently just see client current folder with the emails that just get dropped in there it won't allow her to see any of the subfolders for some reason. Is there any other way she could be allowed to view the subfolders using diffrent software possibly? She can't have acess to the whole account as there is parts she isn't allowed acess to.

OLfolders
It can allow access to everything in a PST including subfolders. There is also a permission system, so if you wish you can restrict specific folders to no-access or read-only. Pretty easy to setup too, although you might occassionally encounter a random dialog box in German!
