My dad has a pensions business and he uses outlook 2007, he has a office girl who he wants to acess two folders current clients and old clients and within these folders there is over 300 subfolders. Is there a way to share these with the person he has working for him so she can view the clients when they call up etc. I found a program called codetwo public folders. I installed it and got it setup but it only worked with the main folder and didn't show any of the subfolders.
Any advise would be great!
