Outlook - search by time received

I need to see how many work request emails were received between the hours of 5pm and 8am. I can search for date received, but can't find a way to return only emails received in that time range.
Can anyone help me with either the search terms I'd need or a 3rd party utility that would let me do this on an outlook pst file?
 
No, becuase there are several thousand emails and I need to define the percentage that were received only between those times.
I appreciate your time on this, thanks.
