Outlook setting company mail as junk

Is there a way to set everyones Outlook so it does not classify anything from @joebloggscompany.com as junk?

Would this be done through GP, Exchange system manager or other?

what we did:

Outlook GPO. Tools -> Junk Email -> specify path to safe senders list

Point it to a text file with the domain in question.

Job done
