outlook shared calendar HOW?

3 users on a lan, no exchange, jsut pop email...

they have a shared drive,

whats the best most reliable way to share the calendars?

they currently use a bit of software (cannot remember its name) but its not very reliable - i htink it emails updates from one user to another..
