Dont think you can do it without logging in to their account even from Exchange Tools ... so you'll have to reset their password and do it. Just pretend their password expired whilst they were on holiday![]()
You have to delegate yourself full rights for their mailbox, then profile their account in your Outlook and you can set their out of office without changing their password.
Don't add it as an additional mailbox within your profile. Create a new profile using their mailbox details. You'll be able to set the OOO from the Tools menu at that point.
