outlook spam protector

My domain email has been sold onto various b2b companies. I am a freelancer and have listings in b2b directories for various services I undertake.

I'm not able to see the header of the emails in outlook 2013 - probably hidden somewhere.

I suspect they may be sent from the harvesting company so was curious will outlook figure out that all these spam emails are coming from an IP group and just block the entire IP?

I am marking all these junk emails as junk in outlook. I'm not sure how smart their junk mail filters are though.

ok i'm just blocking the senders and it seems to be working.

I've heard of some people having their email sent to Outlook or Gmail first as their spam filters tend to pick up most of the rubbish and then have it forwarded on.
