Now at work every time I want to email out I have to type a certain phrase in to the subject bar, is it possible and if so, how do I do it so when I open a new email or go to reply it opens with the phrase all ready there for me. I have created a button to do this on new emails but I rarely initiate the email and mainly reply. Any help would be great.
