outlook help!

Hello

Im trying to setup someones email account in outlook, i seem to have the correct pw, incoming and outgoing server address etc and can send emails from it and people receive them. only problem is there is no items appearing in the inbox and the inbox only has sent items in it! It is an imap account! any ideas? thanks

Can you post the settings you have set up?

you might need to adjust the folders it's accessing, I had a 'similar' issue which was resolved by changing some of the settings for that email account.

yes subscribing to inbox, thanks, this also came up after some googling, ill try this tomorrow!
