Where does Outlook store .wav files of voice notes? Currently the only way I can get them is by copying them off my phone, where they're stored as normal .wav files, but even though my phone is synchronised with Outlook I can't seem to get at them without using my phone at all!

I am not sure to be honest. Perhaps you can export them from within Outlook, or does Outlook not see them at all?

No, no, they're in Outlook, but I can only access it from within Outlook, can't find the physical location of the .wav file on my HDD! And no, Outlook doesn't seem to let you export it... I tried just dragging it onto my desktop, but it put it there as a .msg file instead of a wav file - and double clicking on it plays it through Outlook! (This is 2003, don't know what 07 does)

Ah well, nm, it's not a massive problem as I can still get them off my phone, just thought it'd be nice to be able to avoid the hassle of hooking it up via USB.
