Outlook voice notes

Where does Outlook store .wav files of voice notes? Currently the only way I can get them is by copying them off my phone, where they're stored as normal .wav files, but even though my phone is synchronised with Outlook I can't seem to get at them without using my phone at all!

Is it not in your AppData folder somewhere? Outlook usually keeps your mailbox file in there.

The .PST file is in there, and I assume the notes are all stored inside it... how do I extract it froim there? :confused:

I am not sure to be honest. Perhaps you can export them from within Outlook, or does Outlook not see them at all?

No, no, they're in Outlook, but I can only access it from within Outlook, can't find the physical location of the .wav file on my HDD! :confused:

And no, Outlook doesn't seem to let you export it... I tried just dragging it onto my desktop, but it put it there as a .msg file instead of a wav file - and double clicking on it plays it through Outlook! (This is 2003, don't know what 07 does)

Ah well, nm, it's not a massive problem as I can still get them off my phone, just thought it'd be nice to be able to avoid the hassle of hooking it up via USB.
