Outlook web access and file types

OK Im stuck on this one its so strange Its un-true.
A member of my companys board is here so I need help asap thanks.

OK User opens email with attachment, sees attachment as extention xlsx when he right clicks and goes to save as, it tries to save it as a zip.

Thus when he saves it it does not open properly. and when you attempt to unzip it, it just breakes the file.

any ideas? thanks

Got it sorted!
I needed to add the webmail site to the trusted sites, and presto it works!!!!!
