Outlook Web App - OWA

Hi all,

It appears that Outlook Web App known as OWA on the app store has been removed and I cannot download it anymore.

I was having some problems with my account as I got locked out and so deleted to app to sort the issue and reinstall it.

Only problem is now I cannot download it, is there anyway I can get this application back on my phone?

Sync to an iTunes computer that has it downloaded.
