Do others find Outlook 2007 slow at sending / receiving? Just seems to take awhile to check send / receive all the time!!

Check whether you still have the default RSS feeds enabled - if you do then it will be trying to update these at the same time!

No worse the Outlook 2003, do you have anti virus that scan incoming and outgoing mail, as this will cause slow down, try disabling it and test?
