Anybody else caught this?
Probably the BBC's funniest and most criminally under advertised comedy.
I watched the first series when it aired last year and thought it was brilliant, the second series so far is definitely on a par with the first.
All the performances are fantastic, especially the two youngest kids.
Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin's writing is top notch as usual.
If you haven't seen it yet do yourself a favour and catch it on Iplayer, you won't be disappointed.

It just seems so natural, compare it to My Family or that awful 'comedy' with Nicholas Lyndhusrt After You've Gone - they're all comedies about middle class families. Outnumbered relies on sharp writing, improvisation and great acting. The other two have two dimensional characters, canned laughter and in the case of My Family, ever more ridiculous plots.

I had to laugh about the perfect family living next door in this week's episode.
I wonder if it works as well for those who are not parents, I do find a lot of the humour stems from laughing at situations I recognise from my own experience as a parent.
