output on both SPDIF and speaker 3.5mm jacks at the same time

Quick and hopefully easy question. I want a cheap, decent sound card that can output 5.1 on both the SPDIF output and stereo jacks at the same time.

Some soundcards switch off one when using the other and this information isn't usually in the product blurb.
