OUTRUN 2006 Cannot change graphics.??

Just bought and installed Outrun 2006 from Steam, but i have a few issues.

I cannot change the graphics.
I cannot create an account.
And it says no network connection.

Anyone else seen this.??

Im sure i didnt have this issue with the demo

Try logging in and out of Steam.

I'll give that a shot tonight, can you only change graphics after creating an account and loggin in then.? If so thats stupid

Hmm i only get to level 2 there.?
Graphics problem sorted thanks already however....

I uninstalled and re-installed still cannot create or sign in keeps saying no network connection

When i run the Testapp.exe it says "Failed to find steam".??? So i try launching it within steam and i still cannot get the network connecting.
Gunna email steam now.
