Two vapour trails crossing like St. Andrew's Cross.

Although the trees etc should be magenta in true infrared I like to create a much more powerful digital version and this is what I would have created from your attempt.

Its purely down to personal preference though with digital IR. Each brand captures it differently anyway.

Cheers fstop, if you can recommend somewhere to host the RAW I can do that.
I usually try to for the the red/blue/B+W style you normally see IR in, but I may well try other colour combinations.

Personally I really love the pure B&W IR. Thats certainly what im going to be trying when my filter arrives. Interesting shot though robertgilbert86.

My first IR stuff was in B+W, but that was only because I didn't know how to get the dual tone! But it can look good, I'll consider it next time.

Very interesting shot, but what is that on the left? A fire from that garden?
Car headlights I assume, they look cool don't they. Maybe some traffic trails in IR will be good...
